This healthy CBD Smoothie recipe is simple, delicious, and easily customizable for making your own. Smoothies are an excellent way to take your daily dose of wellness.
PREP TIME: 5 mins
15 drops of Full Spectrum Hemp CBD Oil from PREHEMPTIVE
(Add CBD oil after blending fruits and blend CBD again gently)
1 cup low-fat milk (or juice or vegan milk)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or Vegan yogurt
One frozen banana is cut into chunks
1 cup of Ice Cubes
1 1/2 cups of Blueberries
Extra: You can also add a pinch of Turmeric or roasted whole hemp seeds
Always start with the liquid part on the bottom for easy blending.
Honey or Agave (Optional)
Blend it up and serve!
