Nutritious, quick, and easy to make, this hemp CBD smoothie tastes like apple pie but without all the calories; a perfect way to enjoy the fall flavors.

Greek yogurt - Again, You can go for the vegan option or the regular yogurt


Apple pie spices - this smoothie gets its flavoring from classic fall spices such as ground cinnamon, nutmeg, or cardamom.


Honey - Optional; use honey, maple syrup, or agave to sweeten the smoothie.

1 Apple (Pilled and Sliced)

1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup of milk/mylk
